At Wind Sheer, we aim to provide you with the best possible shopping experience, and part of that is ensuring that your orders arrive quickly and safely.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within New Zealand. If you're located outside of New Zealand and would like to place an order, please contact us directly for more information.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the size/weight of your order. We strive to keep our shipping rates affordable.

Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: Typically delivered within 2-5 business days after processing.
  • Express Shipping: Typically delivered within 1-2 business days after processing.

Please note, shipping times may vary depending on your location and external factors such as weather or delays from the courier service.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to track your shipment in real time.

Missing or Damaged Items

International Shipping

At the moment, we only offer shipping within New Zealand. If you are located outside New Zealand and would like to inquire about international shipping options, please contact us directly.
