Return and Refund Policy
At WindSheer, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we’re here to help.
1. Returns

Eligibility for Returns:
We accept returns on items within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. -
Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items cannot be returned, including:- Customised or personalised products.
- Products that have been worn, damaged, or altered.

To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@windsheer.co.nz or call us at +64 9 579-5733 with your order details. Our customer service team will provide you with instructions for returning your items.
2. Refunds

Refund Process:
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original method of payment. -
Refund Timeframe:
The refund will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive your return. Please note, depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account. -
Shipping Fees:
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns.
3. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the item you would like. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
4. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately within 7 days of receiving the product. We will arrange for a return and either send you a replacement or process a full refund. Shipping costs for faulty or damaged items will be covered by WindSheer.
